Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical fastening device assembly which combines a first bony part with a second bony part across a fracture site. <P>SOLUTION: This surgical fastening device assembly 10 includes an anchor 22 which has a first portion 46 with a male screw section arranged on the first bony part and a second portion which is arranged at least a part on the second bony part. At least one pin is combined with a first part of the anchor on working. When the pin is in a retreated position, it is arranged in the anchor. When the pin is in a protrusion position, at least a part of it protrudes outside the anchor.
