Abstract

The seal for a heating radiator (1), composed of a number of basic units (2) linked together by overflow openings (4), has a sleeve-shaped pressure component (14). The sealing pin valve (11) at the side towards the overflow opening has an outer contour in a defined shape, fitted into a pot-shaped inner contour of the pressure component, so that pressure on the pin is transferred to the pressure unit. The O-ring seal (6), of a durably elastic rubber (10), is within a groove (9) at the inner contour of the pressure unit.
