Abstract

1. A pelletizing apparatus with press rolls (4) which are disposed freely rotatable on a runner head (2) and which are provided with projections at their surfaces and pressed against the press rolls (4) with a horizontal, annular matrix (5) provided with passage holes (56, 57), characterized in that the surfaces of the press rolls (4) and the matrix (5) are provided with teeth (41, 54, 61, 62) meshing at least in part, and that the teeth (41, 61) of the press rolls (4) run over the inlet apertures (55) of the passage holes (56, 57) of the matrix (5).
