Abstract

The system for raising the height of a toilet seat comprises a seat (2) with a conventional central opening (35) but deeper walls. This has a clip (38) at the rear which snap-fits over a pivot bar (5) inserted into a mounting (6) fixed on to the toilet. A lid (3) has clips (42) on either side which also fit on to the pivot bar.
