The dispenser (213) comprises a pour spout (21) projecting relative to the outer surface (43) of the insert (15), forming a downstream portion (57) of the dispensing conduit (17), and a cap (23) releasable towards a configuration opening said conduit (17). The insert (15) delimits an outside air supply conduit (19) into the bottle (12), distinct from the dispensing conduit (17), the air supply conduit (19) extending between the outer surface (43) and the inner surface (48), the dispenser comprising a shutter (205) releasable from the air supply conduit (19).
