Abstract

The invention relates to a device (1) for cleaning a conveyor belt (2) of a web-processing machine. Said device comprises at least one cleaning nozzle (3) through which the conveyor belt (2) is impinged upon with a cleaning medium (4). The cleaning nozzle (3) is mounted in such a manner that the cleaning medium (4) hits the conveyor belt (2) in a cleaning section (5) as a jet which is always inclined against the direction of travel of the conveyor belt (2) at an angle of incidence alpha of 5 DEG to 85 DEG .
