Abstract

The method involves aligning outlet and inlet openings (A1, A2, E1, E2) of borehole-channels (BK1, BK2) adjacent to each other in a distance from a crankshaft (K). Bushing assemblies (17, 18) are arranged in a distance at longitudinal sides of the crankshaft. The assemblies are positioned exactly on one of the inlet and outlet openings of the different borehole-channels by axial parallel adjustment, by rotary movement around a bushing assembly axial adjusting axis and by circular arc shape pivoting around a central longitudinal axis of the crankshaft. An independent claim is also included for a device for chamfering, expanding and cleaning borehole-channels of a crankshaft.
