Abstract

A carton for the packaging of products to be sent via postal services, the carton comprising: an inner carton portion having a plurality of panels including first and second opposing side panels, and an opposing top panel and bottom panel, one pair of opposing panels having a greater area than the second pair of opposing panels; and an outer wrap portion configured to overlie at least one of each pair of panels; wherein a tear strip is provided to facilitate the at least partial separation of the outer wrap portion from the inner carton portion and wherein the tear strip is positioned so as to overlie the panel having the greatest area.
