Abstract

1. An electromechanical driving unit for controlling a device monitoring an access, comprising on the one hand a control unit arranged in the vicinity of the device which is to be controlled and which comprises an electronic device (1-4) which checks the code supplied by the users and if this code is correct supplies a control signal to the electrical unit (5) for actuating the device, and on the other hand a monitoring unit arranged at a distance which allows for the control and/or monitoring of the opening of the door, characterised in that the control unit comprises a voltage detection element (6, 13) which is connected to the terminals of the electrical actuation unit (5) and whose output signal is transmitted to an AND logic circuit (7, 21), which also receives a signal representing the absence of an acutation command, the output signal of the said logic circuit (7, 21) forming an alarm signal which is transmitted to the monitoring unit.
