Abstract

A gas dispenser contains a mix of an oxidisable and an oxidising gas within a single gas bottle 1, the device further featuring an ignition means 31. The dispenser being an inflator for a car airbag or the like. An initiating device 30 within the air bag, in the form of a spark generator which generates a spark across electrodes 31 may ignite the mixture of gas from the gas bottle.
