Abstract

A fingertip protector for use with a work glove (26) comprising a cap (1O) adapted to be detachably fitted on a fingertip (12) of a user for covering and protecting the fingertip (12), and a cushion member (18) of a desired thickness secured to both the inner and the outer surfaces (1Oa,1Ob,resp.) of the cap (1O). The cap (1O) can have an opening (14) formed in a portion thereof which faces the finger cushion of the user's fingertip (12) when the cap (1O) is in use.
