Abstract

Hydraulically controlled gas fitting for a gas-fired continuous water heater comprises a safety valve (2), an ignition gas valve (3), and a main gas valve (4) for adjusting the amplification factor that establishes the ratio of fuel volume flow to water volume flow. The main gas valve at least consists of one output preset valve head (23) and a valve seat. The combustion gas is guided from the safety valve to the ignition gas valve through the interior of the output preset valve head.
