Abstract

1. Apparatus for the grinding of products, for 5 example coal, coke, cement and similar, as well as pastes and soft products, - with a circular cylindrical grinding drum, - with a grinding roll disposed axially unidirectionally in the grinding drum, said grinding roll extending over the whole length of the grinding drum, being drivable and supported rotatably on both sides on the mill foundations and defining with its outer shell and the inner shell of the grinding drum a circular grinding chamber, - and with several grinding rollers distributed peripherally in the grinding chamber which are aligned axially parallel to the axis of the grinding drum or the grinding roll, which likewise extend over the whole length of the grinding drum and which are supported rotatably on both sides with mutual distancing on a common grinding roller holder, the grinding roller holder (43) being arranged to be stationary outside the grinding drum (13), characterised in that the grinding roller holder (43) is swivellably supported to be adjustable about a pivot (50) supported on the mill foundations (10) and in that the grinding rollers (34) are also distanced from the outer shell (28) of the grinding roll (22) and from the inner shell (30) of the grinding drum (13) and every other grinding roller (34) is drivable rotatably in the opposite direction to the grinding roll (22).
