Abstract

The system has a cable roller assembly (3) guided at a guide rail, and a cable (1) guided over the roller assembly. A hoisting rope (2) runs between the roller assemblies, where length of the rope is smaller than that of a section of the cable. The rope is connected with the cable or the assembly by a flexible wind arresting cable (4) e.g. rubber strap, that is provided for transmission of traction forces. The arresting cable is guided from a fastener (5) at the rope over a roller (7) that is fastened to the cable to a fastener (6) at the cable or at the assembly.
