Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the gas flow regulator which controls the flow of oxygen safely. <P>SOLUTION: A nozzle 30 has the minimum diameter and the diameter of the basic stem part 23 of a stem 21 is 98% of the nozzle minimum diameter, and two or more fluid grooves 38 are formed on the perimeter of the minimum diameter part of the basic stem part 23 so that they divide the perimeter equally and the gas flow is supplied between the stem 21 and the nozzle 30. The other end stem part 22 can be connected detachably with the basic stem part 23 by a screw tightening means, and the other end stem part 22 and the basic stem part 23 form an annular pocket part which receives an O ring sheet body 24. When the connection is performed completely, the other end stem part 22 and the basic stem part 23 are pushed in so that the O ring sheet body 24 may be caught in a pocket and is so deformed so that 1/3 or less of the doughnut shape circumference of the O ring sheet body 24 is exposed to the outside of the pocket part, and the exposed part contacts the gas passage which most approaches the narrowed part of the nozzle 30 at closing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
