Abstract

The device has upper, intermediate and lower plates (4, 3, 2), where the intermediate plate has a tube (6) that is fixed perpendicularly to its surface oriented towards the lower plate. The tube houses a channel that is provided in communication with a circular through opening (5) of the lower plate. The tube has length that partially traverses the through opening of the lower plate so as to attach the intermediate and lower plates together when the intermediate plate is positioned on the lower plate. A flexible layer (7) is fixed on the lower plate. An independent claim is also included for a package comprising a flap closing an opening.
