Abstract

Table (1), erectable from a number of blanks of foldable material, in particular of corrugated board, which table comprises a table top (2) and locking supports (3) carrying said top by positive and/or non-positive locking engagement, the table top (2) being formed by a profile hollow body (21), in perpendicular view triangularly folded, which body is essentially closed with respect to its cross-section periphery, whose hypothenuse defines the table surface (211) and whose catheti define the side surfaces (212), said body is maintained in a dimensionally stable condition by means of folding tongues or straps (215) arranged thereon, extending in the interior of the hollow body (21) and preferably coming into abutment with one another, characterised in that the table surface (211) is transversely divided along its longitudinal axis or axis of symmetry, and that the folding tongues (215) extend essentially rectangularly from the division edges of the table top, against the angular through defined by the crease line between the side surfaces (212), and support themselves therein.
