Abstract

Rotary pad printing system for printing objects of limited flexibility comprising a set of cylinders fixedly mounted on mutually parallel rotary shafts comprising a rotatable engraved roller and a pad printing cylinder, remarkable in that said engraved roller (11) consists of a core fixedly mounted on said shaft (11a) with at lest one removable sleeve (11b) around it on which a screen is fitted, on the one hand, and in that said pad printing cylinder (12) consists of a core (12a) fixedly mounted on the shafts with at least one removable sleeve (12b) around it with material on the outer layer thereof allowing to pick up ink from said engraved roller and to further deposit it on an object to be printed (15), wherein an engraving of the image to be printed on said object (15) is applied on one of said sleeves.
