The effect particles are effective pigments and/or snippet of effective film. The layered carrier is decorative paper and/or overlay-paper. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for coating surface of wood material, plastic and metal through applying a coating system; and (2) wood material, plastic and metal such as high density fiber-, medium density fiber-, sliver- and oriented strand board plate.
