Abstract

1. Terminal for an electrical installation switch, in particular a circuit-breaker, having a contact point at which an arc is drawn when it is switched off, one base point of which runs on an arc runner (25) into an arc splitter chamber (14), having a first terminal box (27) and having a second terminal box (37) which encloses the lower cross-web (31) of the first terminal box (27), and in the upper cross-web (39) of which a threaded bore (42) is provided, into which the clamping screw (49) engages, thereby passing through a bore (36) in the upper cross-web of the first terminal box (27), characterized in that the first terminal box (27) is composed of a box element, comprising the upper and lower cross-web (29, 31) and the outer longitudinal web (30), and a web section (45) which forms a (inner) longitudinal web directed towards the switch interior and is formed onto the arc runner (25).
