Abstract
The present invention provides a humidifying rotor that can reduce the amount of deleterious components in the air while controlling an increase in the size of an air conditioner having a humidifying unit. The humidifying unit (4) of the air conditioner comprises a humidifying rotor (58), a heater (66), and a humidifying fan (70). The heater (66) heats the humidifying rotor (58). The humidifying fan (70) passes air to the humidifying rotor (58). The humidifying rotor (58) monolithically comprises zeolite for adsorbing and desorbing moisture from and to the air, and a catalyst for changing deleterious components in the air into innocuous components. <IMAGE>
