Abstract
7β-amino-and 7β-acylamino-3-substituted methyl-3-cephem-4carboxylic acids derivatives and 7β-amino-3-substituted-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid derivatives are prepared by improved deoxygenation process of cephalosporin 1-oxide derivatives. Above method is one-pot process and generally can be applied to derivatives of 7β-acylamino-3- cephem-4-carboxylic 1-oxide derivatives.
