Abstract

Mechanical rocket igniter comprises a rotor (20) arranged between an igniter needle (14) and an igniter translator (16) and connected to a counter torsion spring. The rotor is adjusted into a shooting position against the spring force of the torsion spring. A manually adjustable device delimits the rotor about an axis of rotation to selectively close the rotor in the shooting position.
