Abstract

Device for the charging, exposure and development of light-sensitive recording material, having a charging, exposure and development device for dry or liquid toner, of which devices the charging device and the development device are displaceable over the recording material, the charging device and the development device being disposed in a common plane parallel to the recording material and at a spacing relative to one another, characterized in that the spacing between the charging device (7) and the development device (11) is adjustable and forms a slit (8) for the exposure of the recording material, and in that a first opaque screen (5) is fitted to the charging device (7) and a take-up roller (3) and a second opaque screen (6) is fitted to the development device (11) and a further take-up roller (4), these two screens preventing the incidence of light on the recording material (2) outside the slit (8).
