Abstract

1. Protective suit being tight against liquids and winds, made of laminated sheet material, consisting of an overcoat provided with neck and arm openings equipped with collars manufactured of elastic material, preferably of rubber, whereby there is also arranged a collar made of elastic material on the rim of said overcoat, and of a pair of trousers consisting of the same material as said overcoat, the collars of which are also made of elastic material, preferably of rubber, whereby a partial layer, forming the base material of said laminated sheet material, consists of a carrier fabric (20) in the form of a woven construction consisting of polyamid fibers, and another partial layer of said laminated sheet material is made of another synthetic material and is coated onto said carrier fabric (20) in the form of a film (21), characterized in that said fibers of said woven polyamid construction contain an antistatic core made of a suitable material, said film (21) consists of polyester of 100 per cent, having a water vapour permeability of at least 1000 g/sqm per day, stiched seams (1a; 3b; 3c; 4a2; 4a3; 4b2; 4b3; 5b; 5c; 7a2; 7a3; 9; 10; 11; 12a1; 12a2; 12b1; 12b2) of said protective suit (1, 6) including said collars (4; 4a; 4b; 5; 7; 12a; 12b) are weld-overlaid by ribbons (22) made of said film (21) and that said waistband collar (5) of said overcoat (1) and said trouser collar (7) overlap each other.
