The lighting device comprises a spotlight (1), a support (3), rotating means of the spotlight (1) with respect to a first pivot axis (B), rotating means of the spotlight (1) with respect to a second axis (L), locking means of said rotating means of the spotlight (1) with respect to a first pivot axis (B) and locking means of said rotating means of the spotlight (1) with respect to a second axis (L).
