Abstract

1. Folding crate comprising four walls (1, 2, 3, 4) and a base obtained as a one-piece moulding from a plastics material articulated relative to one another by zones of reduced thickness which act as hinges, characterised in that it also includes an upper strengthening frame (7) which is articulated to the upper edge of one (1, 1a) of the walls (1, 2, 3, 4), having a central cross-member (8, 14) serving as a handle and including engagement means co-operating with complimentary means provided on the upper edge of the three other walls.
