Abstract

Arranged in a tiled wall 1 is an orifice 2 which can be closed by means of a cover 3. The cover 3 consists of a plastic plate 4, to which tiles 5 are adhesively bonded. On the top side of the cover 3, a conventional catch 7 is screwed to the plate 4, with a small plate 6 interposed, and has a roller 8 mounted on arms 9 which can be displaced inwards counter to the force of a spring. Opposite the catch 7, a gutter-shaped section 10 is glued to the plate 4 and extends essentially over the entire width of the plate 4. Glued to the underside of the orifice 2 is a strip 11 which engages into the gutter 12 of the section 10. For interaction with the roller 8 of the catch 7, a T-shaped section 15 is glued to the upper edge of the orifice 2, its web 16 being cut out in the region of the catch 7. The arrangement shown provides a cover which is especially simple to handle. <IMAGE>
