Abstract

In the method for heating room air, in particular for apartment dwellings, using a heat source which consumes fossil fuels, a water heat accumulator and a heat exchanger device in the waste gas flow of the heat source, an outgoing air heat exchanger being superposed above the heat exchanger, for the room air, and the outside air to be heated being conducted first through the outgoing air heat exchanger and then through the waste gas heat exchanger and being heated in two stages, a further energy optimisation is to be achieved.
