Abstract

Device for forming a selvage using a binding system, in particular in the case of shuttleless looms, consisting of two alternately moving shafts. One of the shafts is provided with a needle holder formed as a guide frame. The other shaft is provided with a sliding block which moves within the rails of the guide frame. The sliding block contains a rotatable perforated disc which has holes for guiding the leno threads.
