Abstract

Foamed installation block for sanitary facilities, in which block the elements required for supply to and removal from the sanitary facility are embedded, with fixing connections on the one hand for suspension or installation of the block and on the other hand for suspension of the sanitary facility. In areas where there are large accumulations of foamed material, i.e. in the case of a WC installation block the spaces adjacent to the flush pipe beneath the cistern, there are embedded in the foamed material moulded blocks (3,4) made of a material which is cheaper to produce than foamed material and is advantageously lighter than foamed material and has greater compressive strength. <IMAGE>
