Abstract

A device for producing a junction of a single insulated core of a multiconductor cable is proposed which is characterised by a first (1) and a second (2) clamping element. With the aid of a screw arrangement (3), the clamping elements (1, 2) can be clamped against one another, the annular cutters (11) penetrating the insulating material of the core to be joined and hence producing the clamping contact. The proposed device is compact and simple to handle and is thus easy to fit. <IMAGE>
