Abstract

The invention relates to a wrist watch having a plate (15) which is movably mounted on a ball bearing (14) so as to be freely rotatable around a central axis (s-s), on which plate decorative elements are arranged. By means of such a combination of the movement receiving ring (17) covering the watch movement (22) and having the ball bearing (14) and the rotatable plate (15) which covers the ball bearing (14) with a central centre of gravity and by means of such a connection of the movement receiving ring to the watch movement that the inner components of the watch can only be taken out of the watch with the plate (15), and since the movement receiving ring (17), watch casing (20) and the back of the casing (19) form a casing for the watch movement, on the one hand a more cost-effective production is made possible and on the other hand the decorative elements serving to catch the eye are perfectly guided without elements spoiling the appearance being present. <IMAGE>
