Abstract
1. A heat exchanger, more specially for heat pump systems made up of a secondary part, which for its part is made up of at least one helically coiled tube (12, 13, 14, 25) for the coolant, and of a primary part with a casing tube (8, 22), for the fluid which is to give up heat, which is placed round the tube helix of the secondary part and itself is helical as well, characterized in that the helically coiled tube (12, 13, 14; 25) of the secondary part is placed with a generally horizontal helix axis in the casing tube (8, 22) and keeps to its generally horizontal helical axis, and in that the tube (12, 13, 14; 25) of the secondary part is designed opening, at a point near the downward current (10, 23) of the fluid which is to give up heat, into a core tube (11), which is placed in the helix axis of the tube of the secondary part und whose downwardly running part is near the inlet (9, 24) of the primary part so that the coolant makes its way in the secondary part firstly with a cocurrent and then with a counter-current motion.
