Abstract

The folding box consists of a rear (11) and a front side wall (12), two side walls (13, 14) connecting the side walls (11, 12), a bottom part (20, 21) and an upper closure flap (40) which is connected via an attachment tab (35) to an insertion tongue (36) which is arranged via a weakening line (38) in the rear (11) or the front side wall (12) and can be torn out of the latter. When it has been torn out, the insertion tongue (36) remains on the closure flap (40) so that the upper folding box opening is exposed for removal by raising the insertion tongue (36) with the closure flap (40).
