Abstract

The invention relates to a cardboard blank intended to form the lateral ring wall of a container, and the container comprising such a ring wall. The blank advantageously comprises a flap (2) and at least two opposite lateral tabs (3, 4) connected to the said flap by fold lines (5, 6) respectively, the said flap (2) having a median cutting line (7) which separates the said flap into two parts (8 and 9) and which extends from the fold line of one of the tabs to the fold line of the other tab.
