Abstract
In one form the present invention provides a method of detecting particles in an air sample, including (a) obtaining an air sample, (b) reducing the concentration of particles in the air sample, (c) detecting a level of particles in the air sample with reduced particle concentration, 5 and (d) applying a correction to the detected level of particles corresponding to the reduction in concentration of particles in the air sample produced in step (b).
