Abstract

L'invention concerne une caisse de carton, destinée à contenir des produits périssables, et dont la partie supérieure peut recevoir un couvercle de fermeture (14) pour protéger le produit. La particularité de la caisse consiste en ce que ses petits côtés (1) et (2) sont prolongés aux extrémités (3) et (4) pour former une double paroi, avec des zones rectangulaires intermédiaires (5) destinées à former une surface horizontale d'appui pour le couvercle (14). En outre, les petits côtés en question présentent des prolongements latéraux (6) et (7) qui, au cours du montage, constituent également, par leur bord supérieur, des surfaces d'appui pour le couvercle (14). Il a été prévu aussi sur les petits côtés d'autres prolongements (10) et (11), lesquels s'appuient sur les côtés longitudinaux et forment avec les prolongements (6) et (7) des canaux dans lesquels se situent les rabats longitudinaux (12) et (13) du couvercle (14).
