Abstract
Un appareil (1) et un procédé pour mesurer le lait transféré entre un fût de ferme (2) et un réservoir (3) ou un camion-citerne à lait. Un flexible (7) est inséré dans le fût de ferme (2) et le lait est transporté par une pompe (28) par un tuyau de transfert de lait (5) vers le réservoir (3). Dans le tuyau (5) est monté un réservoir tampon (12) pour séparer l'air entraîné du lait avant d'amener le lait à travers un débitmètre (10) vers le réservoir (3). Un moyen de contrôle règle le débit de lait vers le réservoir (3) de manière contrôlée en réponse aux conditions du lait détectées par un certain nombre de sondes (18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 25, 30). Un mesurage précis du lait est donc réalisé de cette manière.
