Abstract

Procédé et appareil d'impression rotative en offset. Les rames de papier (2,3,4,5) sont impriées simultanément sur les deux faces dans les unités d'impression (10). L'impression sur les rames (2,3,4,5) est séchée en faisant passer les rames (2,3,4,5) par paires dans les fours de séchage (12). En aval des fours de séchage (12), les rames (2,3,4,5) passent sur des rouleaux de refroidissement (15) et des rouleaux de guidage (20) qui peuvent être réglés pour contrôler l'orientation des rames (2,3,4,5) et celles-ci sont amenées à une unité de pliage (25). Dans l'unité de pliage (25), les rames (2,3,4,5) sont découpées en feuilles et pliées. Les feuilles pliées provenant de l'unité de pliage (25) sont amenées à un dispositif de retournement (27) qui retourne les feuilles pliées et fait tomber les feuilles pliées sur un transporteur (28), de façon à ce qu'un bord plié de chaque feuille pliée soit tourné dans la direction de déplacement du transporteur(28).
