La présente invention consiste en un dispositif téléphonique et haut parleur pour téléphonie et applications analogues.

Se référant au dessin annexé I est une boite ronde en métal ou autre matière solide ,et 2 est an aimant permanent muni de deux pièces polaires a,a.montées avec bobines sur lesquelles est enrou* lé du fil de cuivre isolé.les dites pièces polaires sont fixées A sur les extrémités de l'aimant au moyen des vis serrées avec écrous b, b.
L'aimant susmentionné est monté sur une grosse vis en métal 3.
La partie supérieure de cette vis est rivée tant en restant libre de tourner dans l'aimant et la partie inférieure est vissée dans le fond de la boite fileté à cet effet.

Une pièce en métal formée en équerre 4 est fixée dans le fond de la @oite au moyen des vis c,o.
Deux bornes d, d. électriquement isolées sont disposées dans le fond de la boite pour relier les enroulements des bobines au circuit de ligne .
Sur le bord circonférentiel de la boite repose on diaphragme en acier trempé ,mica ou autre matière convenable 5 lequel est muni d'un disque en fer doux 6 entre isolé par une rondelle en caoutchouc 7 .Le dit disque est légèrement embouti au centre de manière à ce que le bord intérieur vienne en contact avec le centre du diaphragme auquel il est solidement fixé par un rivet
8 on attaché par une vis serrée par un écrou.
Un couvercle 9 - vissé sur la boite fixe le diaphragme 5 en position.
Les caractères distinctifs qui constituent la nouveauté de l'invention sont : 1 Le diaphragme en acier trempé ,mica ou antre matière rigide 5 muni d'un disque en fer doux 6, légèrement em- bouti au centre et faisant contact solide aec le diaphragme , étant fixé par un ;
rivet 8 ,ou attaché par une vis serrée par un écrou ,dont la périphérie du disque est matériellement isolée du diaphragme en plan parallèle par une rondelle en caoutchouc 7 2 Le réglage efficace sans ressort est assuré à l'appareil par le dispositif d'une grosse vis 3 privée dans le centre de l'aimant 2 tout en restant libre de pouvoir tourner de manière que en manipu- lant cette vis qui est vissée dans le fond de la boite ,l'aimant étant tenu en place par la pièce en équerre 4,peut monter vers le bord de la boite ,c'est-à-dire approcher les extrémités sapé¯ rieures des pièces polaires a, a. au disque en fer 6et vis versa.

The present invention consists of a telephone device and loudspeaker for telephony and similar applications.
The manner in which the invention can be put into practice is illustrated by the accompanying drawing, in which:

Referring to the attached drawing I is a round box made of metal or other solid material, and 2 is a permanent magnet provided with two pole pieces a, a. Mounted with coils on which is wound insulated copper wire. The said pieces poles are fixed A on the ends of the magnet by means of the screws tightened with nuts b, b.
The aforementioned magnet is mounted on a large metal screw 3.
The upper part of this screw is riveted while remaining free to rotate in the magnet and the lower part is screwed into the bottom of the threaded box for this purpose.
