La présente invention à pour objet un crochet destiné à fixer des plaques de couverture à des poutrelles, fermes ou autres organes de sup - port,entrant par exemple dans la construction des toitures . 



   Elle à pour but de procurer un dispositif de construction simple permettant à l'aide d'un   modèle   de- fixation.l'attachement ou déta - chement à des organes de support de différentes dimensions,sans   devoir   déplier ni replier le crochet. felle à pour but de procurer un dispositif de construction simple permettant d'embrasser les extrémités des plaques de couverture de ma - nière à empècher leur reculement et un soutient direct de la plaque sur la poutre de charpente 
L'expérience montre que,lors du montage d'une toiture,on est obli- gé de procéder à un découpage de ces plaques pour fixer les crochets sur les supports;

   et de provoquer des bris de plaques par suite de leur pose sur la plaque de crochet 
En vue de remédier à cet inconvénient, ce crochet suivant cette in- vention consistent essentiellement en une bande métallique recourbée de façon à former une agrafe pouvant prendre l'aile inférieur d'une   pou #   trelle ou d'un fer   de-   support,et replier de manière à saisir la plaque de couverture inférieure entre la bande et la poutre de support, l'autre extrémité étant repliée de façon à saisir le bord de la plaque      supérieur .

   Le dessin ci-joint montre à titre d'exemple un crochet, établi suivant cette invention. 



   Les fig.   1-2-3   donne un élévation de coté de l'ensemble du crochet et de la façon dont il coopère avec les poutres de sup - port et avec deux plaques de couverture à recouvrement . 



   Le crochet suivant les fig.   1-2-3   comporte une plaque en bande de tôle repliée à une extrémité de façon à former un logement I. le branche principale 2 du crochet est repliée d'autre part en   3   de façon à former une   branche 2.   en équerre à la   branche 0-   et se ter - minant par une partie repliée 5 et 7 ( Fig.   1 et 2 )   ou 7   remplace   le 5 et la branche 6 est supprimé   ( Fig.   3) 
Dans le cas ou le crochet doit être fixé sur un support de cornière   Fig. 3   le crochet proprement dit conserve ses deux bran - ches en équerres 2 et   4:   mais la partie 6 est supprimée et 7 rem - place 5 . 



   Lors de l'utilisation du crochet ainsi formé est accroché à la poutre inférieur 8-9- et retourné de façon à loger et serrer la plaque de couverture inférieur   12   contre la poutre 10, tandis que la plaque de couverture supérieur 11 recouvrant   l'extré #   mité dans l'espace   13   formé par la partie repliée I de la Tôle 2-. 



   Ce dispositif ne nécessite aucun rabattement de lamelles, aucun assemblage; par tige filetés,boulons,écrous, ou rivets et as - sure une fixation particulièrement résistante et rapide des plaques de couverture. Ce crochet présente l'avantage de pouvoir être at - taché et détaché sans le moindre déformation.

The object of the present invention is a hook intended for fixing cover plates to joists, trusses or other support members, used for example in the construction of roofs.



   Its object is to provide a device of simple construction allowing, by means of a fixing model, the attachment or detachment to support members of different dimensions, without having to unfold or fold back the hook. felle aims to provide a simple construction device allowing the ends of the cover plates to be embraced so as to prevent their retraction and direct support of the plate on the frame beam
Experience shows that, during the assembly of a roof, it is necessary to cut these plates in order to fix the hooks on the supports;

   and cause plates to break as a result of their installation on the hook plate
In order to remedy this drawback, this hook according to this invention consists essentially of a metal strip curved so as to form a clip which can take the lower wing of a bin or of a support iron, and fold over so as to grip the lower cover plate between the strip and the support beam, the other end being folded over to grip the edge of the upper plate.

   The accompanying drawing shows by way of example a hook made in accordance with this invention.



   Figs. 1-2-3 gives a side elevation of the whole hook and how it cooperates with the support beams and with two overlapping cover plates.



   The hook according to fig. 1-2-3 comprises a sheet metal strip plate folded at one end so as to form a housing I. the main branch 2 of the hook is folded on the other hand in 3 so as to form a branch 2. at right angles to the branch 0- and ending with a folded part 5 and 7 (Fig. 1 and 2) or 7 replaces 5 and branch 6 is deleted (Fig. 3)
In the case where the hook must be fixed on an angle support Fig. 3 the hook itself retains its two branches at 2 and 4 at right angles: but part 6 is deleted and 7 replaces 5.



   When using the hook thus formed is hooked to the lower beam 8-9- and turned over so as to accommodate and clamp the lower cover plate 12 against the beam 10, while the upper cover plate 11 covering the end # mimicked in the space 13 formed by the folded part I of the sheet 2-.



   This device does not require any folding of the slats, no assembly; by threaded rod, bolts, nuts or rivets and ensures particularly strong and rapid fixing of the cover plates. This hook has the advantage of being able to be attached and detached without the slightest deformation.
