The object of the present invention is the construction of a machine making it possible to obtain flawless switching by using a relatively high voltage at the collector.
In this solution, the stator has radial slots corresponding to the number of brushes or poles, which slots do not act inductively on the rotor of the machine. The brushes are fixed and placed exactly on the conductors / winding generators / which are in front of the notches of the stator, so that they are not the seat of any induction caused by the stator. This also has the effect of reducing the tension between the blades of the collector to a minimum.
In the practical embodiment, the stator is wound in a similar fashion to that of a direct current machine and has, in addition, the special radial slots mentioned above. The width of these notches is a function of that of the brushes and chosen so that the conductors

of the rotor which are located under one of the brushes and short-circuited by said brush, do not undergo induction. For each phase, 1 stator winding is provided with several taps or taps, to allow a change of phase for the purpose of adjusting the running speed.
The rotor is supplied with power through the brushes and the collector is supplied with adjustable voltage, either by auto-transformer or by induction regulator, depending on the degree of precision required in the speed control.
The machine is made up of a special stator A, with radial slots 0 and winding M, said winding having its ends and grips taken out and brought to the setting pins H.
Using a multiple combiner RST, the phase shift is adjusted to put the stator in phase with the rotor B. This has a normal winding 11 which ends at the collector C, on which the brushes EFG rub, these- these are connected to the autotransformer D or / to obtain a progressive speed control / to an induction regulator.
The start-up is carried out as follows: Before switching on the current on the machine, the voltage of the auto-transformer or of the induction regulator is adjusted to bring it to be equal to the induced voltage of the rotor; this done, we put the current on the machine and we start it by reducing the voltage / by means of 1 autotransformer or the induction regulator / until synchronism or hyper synchronism , by increasing the rotor tension.
