Il existe à l'heure actuelle différents systèmes d'ouvre-boîtes automatiques. Tous présentent l'inconvénient de nécessiter le perçage en un point de la boîte pour mettre en place un rivet qui sert d'axe de pivo- tement à l'organe qui soulève le couvercle.

La présente invention a pour but de remé- dier à cet inconvénient.
Elle consiste essentiellement à cet effet souder sur le corps de la boîte une plaquette métallique qui sert de support à articulation à une clef pivotante et convenablement coudée formant levier, et venant prendre appui sous le bord inférieur du couvercle.
L'invention vise plus particulièrement enco- re, et ce à titre de produits industriels nouveaux, les ouvre-bottes automatiques comportant application des dis- positions ci-dessus* .Elle pourra de toute façon être bien compri- se à l'aide de la description complémentaire qui suit et du dessin ci-annexé, lesquels description et dessin sont, bien entendu donnés surtout à titre d'indication.
Fig.2 et 2 montrent respectivement de face et en plan, la plaquette-support.
Fig.3 et 4 montrent, également de face et en plan, la clef coudée.
Fig.5 montre l'assemblage de ces deux piè- ces. ,

Selon l'invention, et plus particulièrement selon celui de ses modes de réalisation auquel il semble qu'il y ait lieu d'accorder la préférence, le dispositif d'ouvre-boîtes, objet de la présente invention, se compo.. se de deux parties:' une plaquette-métallique cintrée suivant le rayon de la boîte b, et comportant deux parties c et d venant s'appliquer par soudure contre le corps même de la boîte, la partie centrale c étant renvoyée, ou autre-

La clef étant engagée dans le trou f par sa partie j, et les deux parties e et d de la plaquette métal- lique étant soudées, électriquement par exemple, sur le corps de la botte! en un point où l'on a écrasé le bourre- let circulaire k ou joint de butée du couvercle, pour déga- ger le couvercle h, il suffit de faire basculer la clef dans le sens de la flèche a (fig.6).
Dans ce mouvement; le bec arrondi g dont l'épaisseur correspond au déportement de la partie centrale e de la plaquette, vient prendre appui sous le bord 1 du couvercle h et le soulève.
Il est à remarquer dtautre part que, jusqu'à la fin du mouvement, le bec est guidé par cette partie centrale! de la plaquette et ne peut ainsi stéoarter du corps de la boite.
Comme il va de soi et comme il ressort d'ailleurs déjà de ce qui précède, l'invention ne se li- mite aucunement au seul mode de réalisation mentionné ci- dessus, non plus qu'à celui de ses différentes parties; elle en embrasse au contraire toutes les variantes d'exécution comportant application des dispositions ci-dessus.

The object of the present invention is to remedy this drawback.
It consists essentially for this purpose of welding on the body of the box a metal plate which serves as an articulated support for a pivoting key and suitably angled forming a lever, and coming to rest under the lower edge of the cover.
The invention relates more particularly also, and this by way of new industrial products, to automatic boot openers comprising the application of the above provisions *. It could in any case be well understood with the aid of the following additional description and the accompanying drawing, which description and drawing are, of course, given above all by way of indication.

As goes without saying and as moreover already emerges from the foregoing, the invention is in no way limited to the single embodiment mentioned above, nor to that of its various parts; on the contrary, it embraces all variant embodiments comprising application of the above provisions.
