La présente invention se rapporte a un dispositif de cap- ture qui peut être adapté tous genres de bateaux pour la capture de tous les genres de poissone et harengs.

Le dispositif de capture consiste en ce qu'en-dessous du bateau de pêche ou autre bâtiment similaire, le long du ba- teau,il est disposé une bourse en forme d'entonnoir 1 exécuté en filet métallique à fines mailles,filet de fil ou autre ma-. tériel adéquat, Le filet est fixé directement sur les côtés longitudinaux du bateau par des éclisses 2 et est tendu sur des arceaux 3 à large ouverture à l'avant vers la poupe et diminuant vers l'arrière. La profondeur de la bourse est avan- tageusement de deux fois la profondeur du bateau à l'avant et de deux fois cette profondeur à l'arrière.
La paroi d'arrière de la bourse en entonnoir 1 est, comme on le voit dans la figure 3,repliée à l'intérieur sur elle-même en une pointe de façon que le poisson dans la bourse 1 soit amené vers les ouvertures5.
Dans les ouvertures 5 il cet disposé de chaque côté du bateau,un tube 6 qui traverse la quille. Le tube 6 est re- plié en sabot vers le cas et présente des ouvertures 7 diri- gées vers l'intérieur etdans ce tube est disposé un élévateur à godets du type connu,consistant en la roue 8,la chaîne 9, et les godets 10.
