L'invention est relative à une capsule de sûreté pour bon- des de récipients, tels que des fûts métalliques et analogues, et a pour but d'empêcher toute fraude ou vol, en rendant impos- sible le dévissage du bouohon de la bonde du réoipient.
La capsule métallique ou constituée d'une autre matière, re- couvrant le bouohon de la bonde du récipient est, suivant l'in- vention, rendue solidaire du bouchon susdit en ramenant les bois de la capsule dans l'intervalle laissée entre la face supérieure du collet de la bonde et la face inférieure du bouchon susdite empêchant ainsi tout enlèvement de la capsule sans déchirement ou arrachement.. lots destinés au plombage du bouchon, l'invention prévoit que la capsule sera pourvue de languettes situées à des endroits convenables pour permettre le placement de la capsule et son sertissage sur le bouchon sans être gêné par les oeillets sus- dits.
D'ailleurs l'invention. sera décrite en détail ci-dessoug, avec référence aux figures du dessin annexé, qui représentent, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, des formes de réalisation de l'invention.
La figure 1 est une vue et une coupe partielle de la bon- de pourvue de la capsule de sûreté; la figure 2 est une vue et une coupe partielle d'une troi- sième forme de réalisation de la bonde et de sa capsule de sû- reté; la figure 3 est une vue en perspective de la capsule de sûreté utilisée dans le dispositif de la figure 8.
Référant à. la figure 1. le bouchon 1 est vissé sur la bon-

Grâ- ce à cette disposition le bouchon 1 ne pourra être dévissé qu'en arrachant ou en défonçant la capsule 6.
Ainsi que visible à la figure 2, la bonde 16 sur laquelle est vissé le bouchon 1, est pourvue d'oeillets 17 destinés au plombage de la fermeture de la bonde, afin de' permettre l'uti-

lisation d'une capsule, suivant l'une ou l'autre des formes de réalisation Précédentes. les faces latérales de la capsule se- ront munies de languettes 18 échancrées sur cette dernière et disposées à des endroits correspondants à la position des oeil- lets situés sur la bonde 16.
L'assemblage de la capsule avec le bouchon 1, est assuré d'une maniera analogue à oelle décrite ai-dessus, grâce à la disposition des languettes 18 formées sur la capsule 19 lors de l'enfoncement de la capsule 19 sur le bouchon 1 et la bonde 16, ces languettes situées en regard des oeillets 17 correspondants sont refoulées vers le haut tout en permettant le sertissage du bord de la capsule 19 sous la tête 13 du bouohon, rendait ainsi possible le plombage subsé- quent de la fermeture du récipient.

1./ Capsule de sûreté pour bondes de récipients et reoou- vrant le bouchon vissé dans la bonde du récipient, caractérisée en ce que la capsule est rendue solidaire du bouchon susdit en refoulant, au moyen de tout dispositif approprié, les bords de la capsule dans l'intervalle laissée entre la face supérieure du collet de la bonde et la face inférieure de la tête du bou- ohon susdit, de manière à empêcher tout enlèvement du bouchon.
2./ Capsule de sûreté pour bondes de récipients dont le collet est pourvu d'oeillets destinés au plombage, caractérisée en ce que cette capsule est pourvue de languettes disposées à des endroits correspondants aux positions des oeillets sur le collet afin de permettre le placement de la capsule et son ser- tissage sur le bouchon sans être gêné par les oeillets susdits.
