   D e s c r i p t i o n

   R e v e n d i c a t i o n s

The object of the present invention is a heat generator with a large heating surface. The heat is produced therein under particularly economical conditions, that is to say, with very low fuel consumption. peculiarity is due to the special construction of the boiler offering a heating surface .particularly large in relation to the volume. To further increase the already large heating surface, flat-shaped heating elements are placed at the top of the fireplace - in the passage of the hot gases.

The principle of the boiler is a box lined with: 1 - oil, when it comes to transmitting temperatures of 100 C and well beyond; 2 - water, when it comes to transmitting temperatures of less than 100 C.

When the boiler works with the oil medium, it offers great advantages:
1. the transmission of temperatures going well beyond 100 ° C is achieved with the slightest overpressure in the installation.

   2. The installation is not exposed to the risk of freezing in our climates.

   D e s c r i p t i o n
The boiler is normally constructed of sheet steel of suitable thickness, assembled by self-welding or other means.

The attached drawing shows an embodiment of this boiler.

Fig.l is a sectional elevation, Fig.2 is a front view, Fig. 3 is a plan section through a-b.

Fig. 4 is a plan view.

The body 1 carries in its interior (hearth) flattened heating elements 2 - in variable number depending on the size of the boiler - connected to the body 1 using short tubes 4 ending in the lining 3. The body 1 has two connectors: 6, for the return of the heat transmitting medium; 7, for the outlet of said medium. Connection 6 ends in a housing where the medium can deposit on return. This housing is provided with a sight glass 5. The hot gases b given off by the fuel pass between the heating elements 2 in their upward travel towards the chimney 8, so that the boiler uses almost all of the calories released by the fuel.

 rest on supports 9.

On the upper side of the boiler there is sufficient space for the installation of the usual reinforcements.

The drawing is drawn to a scale of 1/5.

   R e v e n d i c a t i o n s
We claim as being of our invention:
1. a specially shaped boiler ensuring great fuel economy and built to transmit heat to a distance.
