La présente invention a pour objetun dispositif permettant de serrer un tube flexible sur un raccord de fa- çon à assurer un joint parfaitde ce tube sur ce raccord. 



   Le dispositif faisant l'objet de l'invention a l'a- vantage , sur les colliers de serrage connus , d'être robuste et de donner une grande sécurité de serrage en même temps qu'une grande facilité de manoeuvre . 



   La figure 1 est une coupe verticale par l'axe du dis- posi tif montrantle tube à serrer dans! sa po si tion ini tiale de montage.

   La figure 2 estune coupe suivant  II-II   de la figure 1. 



   La figure 3 est une coupe verticale dans laquelle on a opéré le serrage . 



   La figure 4 est une coupe verticale par IV-IV de la   figu-   re 3 . 



   Dans ces différentes figures , 1 représente l'extrémité du raccord sur lequel doit être serré le   tuyau 2 .   



   La partie avant du raccord 1 porte une partie filetée 
3 sur laquelle vient se visser un écrou moleté 4 portant à l'intérieur une partie conique 5 . 



   Dans cette partie conique 5 se trouve une bague fendue 
6 qui porte sur son pourtour des becs coniques 7 . 



   Les organes étant dans la position de la figure 1 on com- prend facilement que si on visse l'écrou moleté 4 sur la par- tie filetée 3 , le cône 5 viendra serrer les becs coniques 7 ce qui aura pour effet de comprimer la bague fendue 6 et d'ap-   pliqaer   fortement celle-ci sur le raccord 1 . On obtiendra ainsi un joint parfait résistant à toute pression intérieure du fluide passant à l'intérieur du tube .

    CLAMPING DEVICE FOR FLEXIBLE TUBE
The object of the present invention is a device making it possible to clamp a flexible tube on a connector so as to ensure a perfect seal of this tube on this connector.



   The device forming the subject of the invention has the advantage, over known clamping collars, of being robust and of giving great clamping security at the same time as great ease of operation.



   Figure 1 is a vertical section through the axis of the device showing the tube to be clamped in! its ini tial mounting position.

   Figure 3 is a vertical section in which the tightening has been performed.



   Figure 4 is a vertical section through IV-IV of Figure 3.



   In these different figures, 1 represents the end of the fitting on which the pipe 2 must be clamped.



   The front part of connector 1 has a threaded part
3 onto which is screwed a knurled nut 4 carrying inside a conical part 5.



   In this conical part 5 is a split ring
6 which has conical nozzles 7 on its periphery.



   The components being in the position of figure 1 it is easily understood that if we screw the knurled nut 4 on the threaded part 3, the cone 5 will come to tighten the conical nozzles 7 which will have the effect of compressing the ring. slot 6 and firmly apply it to connection 1. A perfect seal will thus be obtained which is resistant to any internal pressure of the fluid passing inside the tube.

ABSTRACT Device making it possible to obtain a perfect clamping of a flexible tube on a fitting and comprising for this purpose one or more of the following characteristics: a) around the end of the fitting is placed the flexible tube, and around this tube, wedges are provided which are clamped on said tube by suitable means; b) the clamping wedges are formed by projections on a split ring; c) tightening of. corners is obtained by pushing a socket having a tapered inner surface on which the corners rest. <Desc / Clms Page number 3> d) the bush is fitted with a thread so that it can be screwed onto a threaded part of the fitting; this bush can thus be given a relative movement with respect to the fitting and ensure the tightening of the corners.
