Brevet d'invention. Segment racleur pour pistons de moteurs à explosion et son procédé de fabrication.
L'invention se rapporte aux segments racleurs en une seule pièce qui comportent une saignée de raclage périphérique reliée à l'intérieur du segment par des lumières formant conduits de rentrée d'nulle. Elle concerne aussi leur procédé de fabrication.
Elle a pour but d'une part de procurer un segment offrant un angle de raclage plus efficace que celui généralement employé et :formant en même temps un coté d'un passage disposé sous un angle favorable à la rentrée de l'huile, d'autre part d'obtenir le segment avec son coin supérieur abattu au même angle que la saignée de rentrée d'huile et cela en une seule opération.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente un exemple de réalisation de l'invention.

De préférence et selon l'invention, les segments pourvus de laur saignée circonférentielle et dont le coin supérieur a été abattu au même .angle que la saignée, sont assemblés côte à cote dans une boite et les lumières sont fraisées de façon connue en soi.
Dans la Fig.3 il est visible que la saignée extérieure ne forme pas d'angle vif à l'endroit 19 de son raccordement par un angle rentrant avec les saignées faites à la fraise par l'intérieur du segment pour former les lumières 17 et les ponts 18.

Its purpose is on the one hand to provide a segment offering a more efficient scraping angle than that generally used and: at the same time forming a side of a passage arranged at an angle favorable to the entry of oil, to on the other hand, to obtain the segment with its upper corner shot at the same angle as the oil return groove and that in a single operation.
