Dispositif applicable au décrassage et nettoyage, exempt de poussière, des' chaudières de chauffage, fourneaux, etc, L'on sait que le nettoyage et décrassage à pratiquer quoti- diennement deschaudières, fourneaux et notamment des chaudières de chauffage central provoquent une production de poussière désagréable, salissante et contraire à l'hygiène.
.L'invention a pour objet un dispositif en forme de récipient ou caisse destiné à être placé contre la chaudière et le fourneau. Le dos de ce dispositif est ouvert pour l'introduction des cendres et scories.
L'essence de l'invention réside en l'agencement particulier de cerécipient en forme de caisse, lequel comprend insérées dans ces parois de dessus et dorsale des vitres transparentes faisant office de regards, alors que sa paroi dorsale inférieure est orientée obliquement. Au-dessus de cette paroi se trouve une ouverture d'entrée decendres et poussière s'étendant sur toute la largeur de la caisse, une autre particularité réside encore

dans l'adjonction facultative à la caisse réceptrice des poussières et scories d'une plaque de passage en forme de cadre.
Grâce au nouveau dispositif, le nettoyage et décrassage sans production de poussière peut s'opérer de façon très aisée en même temps que la surveillance totale du cendrier ou de la chambre collectrice des scories est assurée à travers les regards. Grâce aussi à l'orientation oblique de sa paroi dorsale, la caisse peut être raccordée de façon étanche à l'ouverture du cendrier sans que se trouve obturée l'ouverture d'admission d'air se trouvant audessous. L'équipement de la caisse collectrice descendres avec une plaque de passage procure encore l'avantage de permettre l'emploi d'une seule et même caisse pour tous modèles de fourneaux et chaudières, indépendamment de la hauteur à laquelle se trouve l'ouverture du cendrier.

Le dispositif constituant récipient a une forme et des dimensions tellesqu'il puisse se placer en regard desouvertures de nettoyage et de décrassage d'une chaudière ou d'un fourneau. La paroi frontale a est munie d'une poignée b et la paroi supérieure c d'une poignée d. En outre, une porte ou un clapet e est prévu à la paroi frontale. il est possible de se passer complètement d'une paroi dorsale.
Il convient cependant d'y ménager une ouverture spéciale se raccordant en hauteur et largeur à l'ouverture de vidange du cendrier de la chaudière ou du fourneau. A cet effet, l'on pourrait prévoir éventuellement une plaque de passage m à ouverture réglable susceptible d'être introduite dans l'ouverture de la caisse. La plaque se présente sous forme de cadre à orifice o et est retenue par une chaîne ou d'une autre façon appropriée et réglable. L'on pourrait aussi la fixer à l'intérieur du cendrier. La. plaque n assure le passage de la caisse à cendres au cendrier de la chau dière ou du fourneau. A la place d'une paroi dorsale en partie ouverte, l'on pourrait prévoir aussi à cet endroit un clapet articulé à une charnière permettant de recouvrir l'orifice de chargement de la caisse après l'enlèvement de celle-ci de la chaudière.
Le fonctionnement du dispositif est le suivant : pour nettoyer la grille, la porte ou le clapet e est introduit au-dessous du clapet partiellement ouvert ; l'on enlève alors les scories de la grille, opération durant laquelle les cendres tombent dans le cendrier 1 , d'ou elles sont évacuée s à l'aide du racloir k dans la caisse placée avec son ouverture dorsale en regard du cendrier. Toutes ces opérations peuvent être observées à travers la vitre f, Après la fermeture de la porte ou du clapet e, lescendresetscories ainsi que toutesles poussières se trouvent dans la caisse qui sera enlevée après un certain temps d'attente permettant aux poussièresde se déposer.
